Autopostleey is a social media automation tool that allows businesses to create, schedule, and publish content to multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Discord, and Telegram.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All content published through your account
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable platform terms of service
• Keeping your contact information up to date

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Autopostleey to:

• Post spam, misleading, or deceptive content
• Violate any social media platform's terms of service
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

Autopostleey offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through PayPal. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to paid features. After the trial period, your account will be moved to the free plan unless you upgrade.

7. Social Media Platform Compliance

You are responsible for ensuring your use of Autopostleey complies with the terms of service of each social media platform you connect. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are used to violate platform policies.

8. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you create and publish through Autopostleey. By using our AI post generation feature, you grant us a limited license to process your business information to generate content on your behalf.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses caused by service downtime or technical issues.

10. Limitation of Liability

Autopostleey is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or social media account suspensions.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
