Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

Autopostleey ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about you when you use our service at autopostleey.com.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us when you:

• Create an account (email address; sign-in is handled by Google through Supabase)
• Set up your business profile (business name, description, industry)
• Connect social media accounts (access tokens, page IDs)
• Create and schedule posts (post content, images, videos)
• Make a payment (processed securely by PayPal)

We also collect basic usage information (such as pages visited and the type of device and browser) through Google Analytics, to understand how the service is used and improve it.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services
• Publish posts to your connected social media accounts on your behalf
• Send you service-related notifications
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Generate AI-written content based on your business profile

3. Social Media Connections

When you connect your social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, etc.), we store access tokens securely to publish content on your behalf. We only post content that you have explicitly scheduled or approved. We do not read your private messages or access data beyond what is necessary to publish posts.

4. Facebook Data

When you connect your Facebook Page, we access:

• Your Facebook Page information (name, ID)
• The ability to publish posts to your Page on your behalf

We do not sell your Facebook data to third parties. You can disconnect your Facebook account at any time from your dashboard. To request deletion of your Facebook data, email us at alexclaor@gmail.com.

5. YouTube API Services

Autopostleey uses YouTube API Services to show public YouTube videos and their statistics in our Discover and Viral Videos features (for example the most-watched videos for a topic, country and time period). By using these features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube data is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

• What we access: only public video information — title, channel name, thumbnail, publish date, duration and view, like and comment counts. We use an API key, not your YouTube account.
• What we do not access: we never ask you to sign in to YouTube and never access your YouTube account, channel, watch history or any private YouTube data.
• How we use it: to display search results to you and, if you choose, to suggest a topic for your own original social media post. We do not download, re-upload or re-host any YouTube video.
• Storage: we keep public search results for up to 24 hours so that repeated searches do not use extra quota, and then discard them. We do not keep a permanent copy of YouTube data.
• Sharing: we do not sell or share YouTube data with third parties.
• Usage records: we count how many new YouTube searches each account makes per day, to apply our fair-use limit. This count is reset daily.

Because we do not access your Google or YouTube account for these features, there is nothing to revoke. If you ever grant Autopostleey access to your Google account for another feature, you can remove it at any time on the Google security settings page.

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted database provider. Uploaded images and videos are stored with Cloudflare. Access tokens for social media platforms are protected at rest. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

• Social media platforms (to publish your posts)
• Payment processors (PayPal, for billing)
• AI providers (such as Cloudflare Workers AI and Groq, to generate post content)
• Infrastructure providers (Supabase, Cloudflare)
• Google Analytics (anonymous usage statistics)

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Cached YouTube search results are deleted after at most 24 hours. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us.

9. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Disconnect any social media account at any time
• Export your post history

10. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your settings. We use Google Analytics cookies to measure how the site is used. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the service may not work fully without the essential ones.

11. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on our website.
